FREQUENTLY  ASKED  QUESTIONS

NORMAL HEALTH

1. What is NORMAL Health ?

Normal is a very vague term. But in terms of health let us look at what we should consider normal. If we have no aches & pains at anytime, do not suffer any distress, are mentally & emotionally balanced & feel energetic to enjoy the next few hours of the day whether doing something we enjoy or otherwise - is a good simple definition of good health. We need to remember that health is a changing modality - whether we like it or not. So we may feel great & normal one day only to be away from it at another time. When we can start to develop an attitude & feeling of being well all round all the time - we can consider ourselves to be normal.

2. How do I know I am healthy ?

When you have no aches & pains, no mental turmoil, can sleep well at night & look forward to a challenging day ahead with vigour & joy in everything you do, then you should be close to top health.

3. Is health a  changing phenomenon ?

Yes. Life like nature is very dynamic. Nothing stays the same for ever. So you will notice that health also is constantly changing to the demands placed on body - whether we look after it & foster better working of body with exercise, deep breathing , good eating habits, good lifestyle, managed stress, good sleep, etc. Or we place undue demands on the same human body by drinking, addiction to drugs, overeating, lack of or excessive exercise, excesses of life, etc. Some of these effects whether better or worse may require some tie frame to take effect. Hence the common feeling that - it's doing me no harm or no good is often used in the shorter term only to realise that there has been slow cumulative losses which impact on the body over time.

4. Can nature assist us in recovering our health ?

Surprisingly, Yes. If we start going towards nature we suddenly become aware, that all things in nature --survive without excesses in life. Animals do not enjoy rampant sex unless their hormones direct them at appropriate times & levels. Animals do not hog their food ad infinitum. Animals starve when they are feeling unwell. Trees shed their leaves based on weather patterns to protect themselves & preserve themselves. Animals rest regularly as per their body's needs. Animals live along with the weather provided while we live in controlled environment whether in summer or winter -- losing the benefit of the seasonal changes for our bodies. So it's well worthwhile understanding nature & following natural laws of the universe. A lot of our ills will disappear. Our attitude to life will change for the better & we will start to appreciate life, living & enjoy better health.
