CANCER: INCREASING BODY IMMUNITY TO REDUCE CANCER POSSIBILITIES

I shall outline my therapeutic approach to helping patients with cancer & ideas for prevention. The treatment & prevention protocol is similar. The difference is in the dosage, severity of application, & intensity of application.

The following points will summarize the management of chronic diseases like cancer, diabetes, arthritis, etc to list a few.

  1. Some recent work by Dr.M. Kothari  & Mehta in their book, 'The other face of Cancer',  have clearly enumerated their findings as "there appears to be no difference between patients undergoing modern cancer treatment & those choosing to go without those treatment options. The patient's life span was around the same irrespective of their choices. In some cases their quality of life was better without treatment. For more details refer to Dr.L.   2. Early diagnosis is difficult as it takes about 15 years to develop. Cancer does not kill.

  3. Three things essential for good living - air in /out (breathing), food in /out (gut management), water in /out (kidneys function) -means body is working OK. If that is the case, consider not treating the cancer as per Dr.M. Kothari.

  4. Dr. Hardine Jones from national cancer institute, Bethesda; from a global survey came to a conclusion that untreated cancer pts. live longer without intervention. Surgery of cancer precipitates metastasis. Similarly biopsies are likely to assist in spread of the disease as the tissues are opened up & likely to proliferate through blood / lymph system

  5. Some natural therapy things to do for better health &  holding back chronic disease, reverting the disease & maybe returning to normal health are:

  1. Breathe properly -- complete breathing is what is essential & lacking today. Every breath must be a long & deep breath. You must do this exercise for about 30 minutes, twice a day. The guide for a good breath should be about 20 seconds to about 60 seconds per breath. If one can reach the state where you can breathe 30 breaths in 30 minutes, your body should be in good health.   2. Drink plenty of water -- about 2-3 litres /day. Good fresh water does great things for cleansing the body.

  3. Drink shivambu all day if possible for reversing the cancer. Drink shivambu 1/day every morning for preventive health. Refer to video on you tube titled - "shivambu /urine therapy guidelines for practise".https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkkWVAlG4So

  4. Spend at least 30 minutes /day in sunshine. You must do so before 10am & after 4pm. Please ensure you do not get sunburnt. Natural sunlight is advocated - not artificial light.

  5. Walk on grass barefoot every morning for about one hour. While walking enjoy the world around you, the beauty of nature & the comfort of the grass under your feet.

  6. Do exercise like Suryanamaskar Grade 4, (as advised) in the book - " The Complete Suryanamaskar"- for health, fitness & martial arts.

  7. Chant "Om" as advised in the video on you tube titled "Om, Gayatri & Om Namoh Shiva mantras". You will notice that each "Om" has to be chanted one per breath & both parts of "Om" must be equal during chanting. Do this for about 15 -20 minutes /day

  8. Live on juices - vegetable & fruit. You can drink as much as you need - 6-10 glasses /day. No solid foods.

  9. Fast on water & shivambu if possible & required for your severe health status. (Note: do not fast or do so under guidance - if you are a diabetic).

  10. Sleep well & deep every day for about 8 -10 hours. Do not go to bed exhausted. One must have energy before going to sleep so that your batteries can be recharged fully. (If you go to bed exhausted - the full battery may not be charged  as the function of charging is inefficient). Bedtime between 9.30 -10pm is best time to go to bed. Any later and inefficiencies will start to occur.

  11. Wheatgrass, Tulsi, juice every day is very good for regeneration of body tissues.

  12. Eat vegetarian food. No meat, fish, eggs, etc. Consume nuts as required for protein intake.

  13. Chew food well & give thanks to Almighty for your entire food intake, life today & everything around you.

  14. Have a positive attitude to life & do not despise anyone, anything, and anybody.

  15. Remember death is a positive thing when looked at from the perspective that -- the real truth of life the day we are born is that we are all going to die one day.  We have known this all along - but appear to find it difficult to accept. Also remember we came into this world by ourselves & will leave by ourselves. Once this is clear - life becomes a pleasure & joy to live every day with a positive attitude - whether in joy, sorrow, suffering, exhilaration, poor or rich. You also know that the Lord Almighty is with you at all times whether we understand it or not.
